Kyora IQ Payment Terms

The following terms (“Payment Terms”) govern all payments made to or through the Kyora IQ platform (the “Platform”), operated by Cyber Boss Consulting LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company (“Cyber Boss Consulting,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Payment Terms apply to all transactions processed through the Kyora IQ mobile and web applications, including but not limited to:

  • Subscription payments for platform access,

  • Hourly bookings between Clients and Consultants, and

  • Any other fees or charges associated with services, sponsorships, or listings.

By making or receiving payments through the Platform, you (“User,” “Client,” or “Consultant”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Payment Terms as well as the Kyora IQ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Payment Terms describe how payments are collected, processed, distributed, and refunded (if applicable) within the Kyora IQ ecosystem, including payments handled by Cyber Boss Consulting LLC through third-party providers such as Stripe (for client transactions) and ADP (for consultant payouts).

If you do not agree to these Payment Terms, you must discontinue all use of the Kyora IQ Platform and related services.

1. Key Terms

Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined in these Payment Terms shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Kyora IQ Terms of Service.

Kyora IQ Balance
Refers to any aggregated amount associated with your activity on the Kyora IQ Platform, including processed client payments, refunds, and consultant earnings pending distribution through Cyber Boss Consulting LLC.

Payment Service Providers
Third-party processors authorized by Cyber Boss Consulting LLC to manage payments and disbursements on the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Stripe — used for collecting payments from Clients for subscriptions, bookings, and sponsorship listings.

  • ADP Payroll Services — used to process and distribute consultant payouts securely and on a weekly basis.

Earnings
The total amount that Consultants generate through hourly bookings, sponsorships, or other paid services offered via Kyora IQ. All consultant earnings are first received and processed by Cyber Boss Consulting LLC and then distributed through ADP, subject to applicable deductions (including the 20% platform fee).

Subscription Fees
Refers to the $99 monthly subscription that grants Users access to live workshops and training sessions. This subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled. Subscriptions canceled mid-billing period remain active until the end of that period and are not eligible for partial refunds.

Platform Fees

  • Consultants: 20% fee deducted from each completed hourly or project transaction.

  • Clients: 3% transaction processing fee applied to each booking or service payment.
    These fees support platform maintenance, payment processing, and security infrastructure.

2. Receiving Payments

2.1 General

As a Consultant on the Kyora IQ Platform, you earn income (“Earnings”) for each completed booking or hourly engagement that has been confirmed and marked complete by the Client.

Upon completion of services, Cyber Boss Consulting LLC processes payment distribution on your behalf through its payroll processing partner, ADP, typically on a weekly basis every Friday. Consultants receive 80% of the total booking or hourly payment, with the remaining 20% retained as the platform fee to cover processing, infrastructure, and administrative costs.

All payments from Clients are collected and securely processed through Stripe, the authorized Payment Service Provider for the Kyora IQ Platform. Once payment is received, Cyber Boss Consulting acts as a limited payment collection agent for Consultants, facilitating the distribution of funds via ADP.

Payment from a Client to Cyber Boss Consulting LLC is considered equivalent to payment made directly to the Consultant. Upon receipt of payment, the Consultant’s compensation obligation from the Client is deemed satisfied.

2.2 Payment Schedule and Method

  • Payments for completed work are processed once a week, every Friday, following Client confirmation of completion.

  • Consultants are required to ensure accurate reporting of hours and completion status to avoid delays.

  • All payments are distributed via ADP using the payout method on file. Consultants must maintain accurate and current payment information in their ADP account.

Cyber Boss Consulting is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect bank or tax information, ADP verification issues, or actions taken by financial institutions.

2.3 Taxes and Reporting

Consultants are solely responsible for reporting and paying any income tax, self-employment tax, or other applicable taxes required under local, state, or federal law.
Cyber Boss Consulting LLC does not withhold income tax on consultant earnings unless legally required. Annual reporting documents (e.g., Form 1099-NEC for U.S. contractors) will be issued to eligible Consultants.

2.4 Cancellations and Refunds

If a booking is canceled or refunded prior to completion, no payment will be distributed to the Consultant.
Refunded amounts will be returned to the Client’s original payment method through Stripe, and the corresponding transaction will be closed.

2.5 Appointment as Limited Payment Collection Agent

By using Kyora IQ, Consultants authorize Cyber Boss Consulting LLC to act as their limited payment collection agent for the purpose of accepting payments from Clients and remitting such payments (minus applicable fees) to the Consultant.

Consultants agree that:

  • Payments received by Cyber Boss Consulting satisfy the Client’s payment obligation.

  • Cyber Boss Consulting is solely responsible for transferring funds to Consultants through ADP.

  • If any funds are not remitted due to technical, legal, or compliance reasons, the Consultant’s recourse is limited to Cyber Boss Consulting, not the Client.

2.6 Disclaimer on Payment Services

Cyber Boss Consulting LLC is not a payment processor or financial institution.
All payment collection, transfers, and disbursements are handled through third-party providers (Stripe and ADP) subject to their own terms of service and compliance requirements.
By participating as a Consultant or Client, you agree to abide by the respective terms and conditions of these payment providers.

2.2 Withdrawing Earnings

General Overview

Consultants on the Kyora IQ platform do not initiate manual withdrawals. All Earnings from completed hourly work, bookings, or sponsored engagements are automatically processed and distributed through Cyber Boss Consulting LLC’s payroll system on a weekly basis (every Friday) via ADP Payroll Services.

Once a Client confirms completion of a service, payment is processed through Stripe, and funds are transferred to Cyber Boss Consulting LLC, which then remits consultant payments (minus the 20% platform fee) through ADP.

Automatic Disbursement

  • Earnings are automatically released and paid every Friday for all completed and verified engagements from the previous week.

  • Payments are made to the bank account or payout method listed in the Consultant’s ADP account.

  • Consultants must ensure that their ADP profile, including banking and tax information, is accurate and up to date to avoid payment delays.

Cyber Boss Consulting LLC is not responsible for delays or failed payments resulting from inaccurate ADP or banking information.

No Manual Withdrawals

Kyora IQ does not support manual withdrawals or third-party payment requests. All payouts occur through the automated ADP payroll process only. Consultants cannot request to receive funds through alternate methods such as PayPal, CashApp, or direct Stripe transfers.

Clearance and Verification

Payments are released following a short verification period after a Client marks a service as complete to ensure compliance, fraud prevention, and accuracy.
Cyber Boss Consulting may temporarily delay disbursement in limited cases, such as:

  • Verification of identity or banking details

  • Dispute investigations

  • Compliance or security review

Once verified, eligible earnings are automatically included in the next weekly payroll cycle.

Currency and Fees

All payouts are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD).
ADP and banking institutions may apply standard transfer or processing fees, which are outside of Cyber Boss Consulting’s control. Cyber Boss Consulting does not charge any withdrawal fees beyond the established 20% platform fee deducted at the time of payment processing.

Disabled or Closed Accounts

If a Consultant’s account is deactivated or disabled, any verified and cleared funds will be paid out within 90 days, subject to successful verification of account ownership and compliance review.

2.3 Withdrawal Methods

Automatic Payouts via ADP

All consultant payments on the Kyora IQ platform are processed and distributed exclusively through ADP Payroll Services, the authorized Payment Service Provider for Cyber Boss Consulting LLC.
There are no manual withdrawal options available.

Payments are sent automatically to the bank account or direct deposit method on file in your ADP profile. Consultants are responsible for ensuring their information is accurate and up to date to prevent delays or failed transfers.

Processing Schedule

  • Payout Frequency: Every Friday for work completed and verified in the previous week.

  • Clearing Period: A brief review window may apply to verify completion and compliance before inclusion in payroll.

  • Payment Method: Direct deposit (ACH) to your designated bank account.

Fees

  • Cyber Boss Consulting LLC does not charge any separate withdrawal fees.

  • Standard bank ACH processing fees or ADP transaction fees (if any) may apply depending on your financial institution.

  • All payments are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Notes

  • Kyora IQ does not support alternate withdrawal methods such as PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, or Payoneer.

  • Consultants who do not maintain an active ADP account with verified banking information will experience delayed or withheld payments until verification is complete.

3. Purchasing

3.1 General

All payments on the Kyora IQ platform are securely processed through Stripe, the authorized Payment Service Provider for Cyber Boss Consulting LLC.
Kyora IQ itself does not directly process or store payment information.

When a Client books an hourly service, subscribes to workshops, or purchases a business listing, payment is collected through Stripe on behalf of Cyber Boss Consulting LLC, which acts as the limited payment collection agent for Consultants and Instructors.

Once payment is received, Cyber Boss Consulting handles disbursements and platform operations in accordance with these Payment Terms.

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

  • Digital wallets where supported by Stripe (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay)

All payments must be completed within the Kyora IQ app or web platform.
Any request to send payment outside the platform (e.g., PayPal, CashApp, Venmo) is strictly prohibited.

Platform and Transaction Fees

  • Clients are charged a 3% platform fee at checkout to cover administrative and payment processing costs.

  • Consultants automatically have a 20% platform fee deducted from their completed engagements prior to payout.

  • Fees are displayed clearly before finalizing any transaction.

Subscriptions

The $99 monthly subscription grants Users access to live workshops, classes, and professional development content.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month through Stripe.

  • If canceled, access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

Invoices and Receipts

Users will receive electronic invoices or receipts via email from Stripe or through their Kyora IQ account immediately after payment is processed.
By using Kyora IQ, you consent to receive all invoices and payment confirmations electronically.

Security and Fraud Prevention

Stripe and Cyber Boss Consulting monitor all transactions for potential fraud or unauthorized activity.
Suspicious or disputed payments may be temporarily held, reversed, or canceled to comply with security or legal requirements.

Authorization

By providing payment information, you confirm that:

  1. You are legally authorized to use the selected payment method.

  2. You agree to the total amount displayed before finalizing payment.

  3. Your transaction does not violate any applicable laws or third-party agreements.

3.2 Hourly Bookings

When a Client books a Consultant for hourly work through Kyora IQ, payment is securely processed through Stripe at the time of booking or as agreed between both parties within the app.

Hourly bookings on Kyora IQ are not formal contracts but serve as booking agreements between Clients and Consultants facilitated by Cyber Boss Consulting LLC.

Billing and Payment Cycle

  • The standard billing week runs from Monday 12:00 AM to Sunday 11:59 PM (local time).

  • Once a Client confirms completion of work, payment is finalized and processed by Cyber Boss Consulting LLC.

  • Consultants are paid weekly, every Friday, through ADP Payroll Services, after the Client marks the engagement as complete.

Disputes

Clients are responsible for reviewing the work performed before marking a booking as complete.
Once a booking is marked complete, payment is considered final.

Disputes regarding hours worked must be submitted in writing within 72 hours of completion.
Cyber Boss Consulting LLC does not mediate or guarantee the quality of services provided by Consultants. Any service-related concerns must be resolved directly between the Client and Consultant.

Authorization

By booking hourly services on Kyora IQ, Clients authorize Cyber Boss Consulting LLC, through Stripe, to charge their selected payment method for the total cost of hours worked, including the 3% platform fee and applicable taxes.

3.5 Local Currencies

All payments made through the Kyora IQ Platform are processed in United States Dollars (USD) through Stripe, our authorized payment service provider.

For convenience, users outside the U.S. may see prices displayed in their local currency; however, the final transaction is always completed in USD. Your financial institution or card provider may apply additional conversion fees or exchange rate adjustments, which are outside of Kyora IQ’s and Cyber Boss Consulting’s control.

Key Points

  • All subscriptions, bookings, and sponsorship payments are billed and settled in USD.

  • If your payment method is issued in another currency, your bank or payment provider will convert the charge to USD at their current exchange rate.

  • Any conversion or cross-border transaction fees are the responsibility of the payer.

  • The amount charged in USD will always be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

Refunds and Cancellations

If a transaction is canceled or refunded, any return of funds will be processed in USD. Your bank may convert the refund back to your local currency using the exchange rate applicable on the date of refund, which may differ from the original transaction rate.

Hourly and Subscription Payments

All hourly work, workshop subscriptions, and business listings are priced and paid in USD. Rates will not fluctuate based on currency changes, and Kyora IQ does not support foreign-currency balances.

3.7 Promo Codes

From time to time, Kyora IQ or Cyber Boss Consulting LLC may issue promo codes or discount offers that can be applied toward subscription fees, business listings, or hourly bookings made through the Kyora IQ Platform.

Promo codes:

  • Are valid only within the Kyora IQ app or website and must be entered at checkout before completing payment.

  • Cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases or combined with other promotions.

  • Have no cash or monetary value and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

  • Are limited to one use per user, unless otherwise stated.

  • Apply only to the specific product or service type identified in the promotion (for example, subscription discounts do not apply to hourly bookings).

  • May include expiration dates, usage limits, or eligibility conditions that will be stated when the code is issued.

Kyora IQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promo code at any time if it detects misuse, fraud, or violations of the Terms of Service.

4. Taxes

4.1 General

All payments made through the Kyora IQ Platform are processed by Cyber Boss Consulting LLC via Stripe and may be subject to applicable sales tax, use tax, VAT, GST, or other indirect taxes depending on your billing address and local regulations.

Any taxes required by law will be added to the total purchase amount and clearly displayed at checkout before payment is submitted.

4.2 Consultant Responsibilities

Consultants are solely responsible for reporting and paying any income tax, self-employment tax, or other tax obligations** arising from their earnings on Kyora IQ.
Cyber Boss Consulting LLC does not withhold income taxes from consultant payments unless required by law.
Consultants based in the United States may receive an annual Form 1099-NEC or other applicable tax document for reporting purposes.

4.3 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for any taxes associated with their own purchases, including business expense reporting and local use taxes, where applicable.

4.4 Compliance

Cyber Boss Consulting LLC reserves the right to collect, report, and remit taxes where legally obligated and to provide transaction records or user information to taxing authorities when required by law.

5. Disputes and Cancellations

Kyora IQ encourages Clients and Consultants to resolve any disagreements directly and professionally through clear communication within the platform.

If an issue cannot be resolved between the parties, or if you believe a policy violation has occurred, you may contact Cyber Boss Consulting LLC at support@cyberbossconsulting.com for review and assistance.

  • Hourly Bookings: Once a Client marks a booking as complete, payment is considered final. Disputes must be submitted in writing within 72 hours of completion.

  • Subscriptions: Users may cancel their $99 monthly subscription at any time within the app. Access continues through the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.

  • Business Listings/Sponsorships: These purchases are non-refundable once processing and onboarding begin.

Cyber Boss Consulting LLC will review disputes in good faith but does not guarantee outcomes or mediate the quality of services delivered between independent parties.

5.1 Basics

Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested through the Kyora IQ platform before a booking or session begins.
Once a Client confirms completion of work, the payment becomes final and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time within the app. Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds are provided.

Disputes and Payment Reversals

Filing a chargeback or reversing a payment through your bank or payment provider after services have been completed is a violation of these Payment Terms and may result in suspension or permanent loss of account access.

All disputes must be submitted directly to Cyber Boss Consulting LLC at support@cybersbossconsulting.com within 72 hours of service completion.

Fraud Prevention

Cyber Boss Consulting LLC reserves the right to:

  • Place funds on hold or cancel transactions if fraud, policy violations, or misuse are suspected.

  • Refuse refunds for completed or disputed transactions processed outside the Kyora IQ platform.

Ownership and Use

Clients gain ownership rights to completed deliverables only after full payment is processed. If payment is canceled or reversed, all associated usage rights are revoked.

5.2 Cancellations

General Policy

Kyora IQ encourages all Clients and Consultants to resolve scheduling or service issues directly through the platform before requesting cancellation.
If an agreement cannot be reached, users may contact Cyber Boss Consulting LLC at support@cyberbossconsulting.com for review.

Hourly Bookings

  • Hourly bookings may be canceled only before work begins.

  • Once a Client confirms that work has been completed, payment is final and no refund will be issued.

  • If a Consultant fails to begin or deliver the agreed work, the Client may request cancellation and review by Cyber Boss Consulting LLC within 72 hours.

  • Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.

Subscriptions

  • The $99 monthly subscription may be canceled at any time in the app.

  • Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No partial or prorated refunds are provided for cancellations made mid-cycle.

Business Listings / Sponsorships

Once a listing or sponsorship payment is processed and onboarding begins, the fee becomes non-refundable.
If processing has not yet started, users may request cancellation by emailing support@cyberbossconsulting.com within 24 hours of purchase.

Fraud or Policy Violations

Cyber Boss Consulting LLC reserves the right to cancel transactions or place funds on hold for:

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity

  • Misuse of the platform or violation of the Terms of Service

  • Abuse, harassment, or unauthorized off-platform payments

Finality

All cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Once a payment has been processed and work confirmed, it is considered final.
Refunds or reversals initiated through banks or payment providers outside Kyora IQ violate these Payment Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

5.3 Chargebacks

Cyber Boss Consulting LLC reviews all chargebacks and payment disputes filed through Stripe, our authorized payment processor.

If a Client disputes a charge with their bank or card provider after services have been completed or marked as delivered, the funds in question may be temporarily held until the matter is resolved.

  • Consultants are notified if a chargeback affects a completed booking tied to their earnings.

  • If the dispute is resolved in favor of the Client, the refunded amount will be deducted from the Consultant’s pending or future payouts.

  • If the dispute is resolved in favor of the Consultant, Cyber Boss Consulting LLC, through Stripe, will reinstate the corresponding earnings as applicable.

Cyber Boss Consulting LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in excessive or fraudulent chargeback activity.

To prevent disputes, all users are encouraged to communicate clearly, document progress, and confirm completion of work directly within the Kyora IQ platform.

5.4 Refunds

All refunds on the Kyora IQ platform are processed securely through Stripe, the authorized payment provider for Cyber Boss Consulting LLC.
Kyora IQ does not maintain internal balances or credits; all approved refunds are returned directly to the original payment method used at checkout.


Hourly Bookings

Refunds for hourly work may be issued only if:

  • The Consultant fails to deliver services as agreed, or

  • The Client cancels before any work begins.

Once a Client marks a booking as complete, the payment is final and non-refundable.
All refund requests must be submitted to support@cyberbossconsulting.com within 72 hours of the original payment.

Subscriptions

The $99 monthly subscription may be canceled at any time through the app or account settings.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Access remains active until that date.

  • No partial or prorated refunds are issued for cancellations made mid-cycle.

Business Listings / Sponsorships

Payments for listings and sponsorships are non-refundable once onboarding or promotional setup has begun.
If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase and setup has not started, a full refund may be considered.

6. General Terms

6.1 Modifications

Cyber Boss Consulting LLC may update or modify these Payment Terms at any time to reflect changes in business operations, legal requirements, security practices, or platform functionality.

When updates occur, the revised version will be published on the Kyora IQ website or app, with the date of the most recent update clearly indicated at the top of the page.

By continuing to use Kyora IQ after the updated terms take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised version.
If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel any active subscriptions and deactivate your account through your Profile Settings.

Modifications may be necessary to address:

  • Updates to payment or processing systems,

  • Legal or regulatory compliance changes,

  • Security and fraud-prevention measures, or

  • Enhancements to Kyora IQ’s features and services.

6.2 Governing Law

These Payment Terms and any disputes arising from payments, billing, or transactions made through the Kyora IQ Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

All claims or actions related to payments, processing, or refunds shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
