Both options are available. We offer flexible, on demand support for urgent needs, as well as ongoing contracted services for clients who prefer long-term, strategic partnerships. You choose the level of engagement that works best for your organization.

Absolutely. Our infrastructure aligns with industry best practices and is built on trusted cloud service providers whose environments comply with recognized security frameworks, Internally, Cyber Boss Consulting maintains controls aligned with NIST 800-53 standards to protect client data and operations.
How does the Cyber Boss mobile app work?
Our mobile app gives users on demand access to cybersecurity support, expert guidance, and real-time help. It also provides access to our Skill Building & Mentorship Subscription Program, where members. attend weekly virtual workshops, explore career resources, and connect with a supportive network of cybersecurity professionals.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. Memberships be canceled directly through the Cyber Boss mobile app. To avoid renewal, cancellation must be completed before the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I don't cancel before the billing period ends?
If your membership is not canceled before the current billing period ends, it will automatically renew. You will continue to have access to all features and workshops until the end of the next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds after renewal?
No. Because members gain immediate access to workshops and resources upon renewal, refunds are not available once a new billing period begins. We encourage users to manage cancellations proactively through the app.

Yes. We offer unpaid internship opportunities for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity. Our interns often support real-world projects while receiving mentorship from seasoned professionals.

Can I choose a specific consultant for my engagement?
In most cases, yes. While urgent support may be routed to the first available expert, clients with ongoing contracts or mentorship plans can request specific consultants based on expertise or prior working relationships.

Do you offer white-label or subcontracting services for other firms?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, ACH, and digital payment options for both on demand services and subscription plans. Government or enterprise clients may request invoicing and Net 30 payment terms.
