Kyora IQ Platform – Terms of Service

The following Terms of Service (these “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cyber Boss Consulting website (www.cyberbossconsulting.com) and the Kyora IQ mobile application, including any content, features, functionality, and services offered on or through the website or mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”).
The Platform is operated by Cyber Boss Consulting LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Cyber Boss Consulting,” “Kyora IQ,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). References to “you” or “user” mean any individual or entity who accesses, browses, or uses the Platform, including learners, consultants, instructors, or businesses engaging through the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.
By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, or otherwise using any portion of the Platform, you acknowledge and agree, on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent (if applicable), to be bound by these Terms, as well as:
- Our Privacy Policy
- Our Payment Terms
- Our Community and Acceptable Use Policy
- Any additional policies, conditions, or disclosures referenced herein or displayed in-product (collectively, the “Policies”).
All Policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms or any referenced Policy, you must not access or use the Platform.
By continuing to use the Platform after updates are posted, you signify your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Platform Overview
Kyora IQ is a cybersecurity education and talent marketplace powered by Cyber Boss Consulting LLC. The Platform connects learners, independent consultants, instructors, and businesses for the purpose of training, collaboration, and project engagement.
Cyber Boss Consulting does not employ, supervise, or control the independent contractors or businesses using the Platform. All users act on their own behalf as independent professionals or clients.
3. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver (U.S. Users)
Important Notice:
If you are a user residing in the United States, please be aware that Section 24 of these Terms contains an agreement to arbitrate disputes between you and Cyber Boss Consulting. This means that you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or other representative action. Please read that section carefully before continuing to use the Platform.
4. Representations and Warranties
The Kyora IQ mobile application and the Cyber Boss Consulting website (collectively, the “Platform”) are offered and made available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
If you are under 18 but at least 13 years old, you may use the Platform only through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian who has given explicit consent and who will remain responsible for your actions.
Users under 13 years of age are not permitted to access or use the Platform under any circumstances.
The Platform may not be used by individuals or entities located in, or ordinarily resident in, countries or regions that are subject to U.S. economic sanctions or other trade restrictions, including but not limited to restrictions imposed by the United States Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the European Union, or any other applicable jurisdiction.
By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You meet all eligibility requirements stated above;
- All information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete;
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Platform; and
- You are not accessing the Platform on behalf of a competitor for the purpose of reverse engineering, copying, or replicating any features, design, or functionality.
If you do not meet these requirements or fail to comply with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue access to the Platform.
5. Key Terms
For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
“Learners” – Individuals who enroll in courses, attend live or recorded sessions, or access educational content through the Kyora IQ app.
“Consultants” or “Instructors” – Independent professionals or businesses who provide cybersecurity consulting, instruction, mentorship, or training through the Platform. Consultants and Instructors are independent contractors and not employees of Cyber Boss Consulting.
“Clients” or “Employers” – Businesses, organizations, or individuals who engage Consultants or Instructors through the Platform for specific projects, classes, or consulting services.
“Listings” or “Offers” – Service, course, or consulting postings created by Consultants or Instructors to describe the expertise, pricing, duration, and scope of services available to Clients or Learners.
“Orders” or “Bookings” – The formal engagements or transactions entered into between Clients and Consultants, including training sessions, project work, or hourly consulting services.
“Platform Fee (Consultants)” – A 20% service fee retained by Cyber Boss Consulting from the total payment made for consulting, training, or project-based work performed through the Platform. This fee covers payment processing, platform maintenance, support, and administrative costs.
“Platform Fee (End Users)” – A 3% transaction fee charged to Clients or Learners on each purchase or booking made through the Platform. This fee helps maintain the security, technology, and infrastructure of the Kyora IQ system.
“Onboarding and Sponsorship Fee” – A one-time, non-refundable payment (currently $275) required for Consultants and Instructors. This fee covers background check processing, professional verification, and setup of secure platform credentials, including an optional business email address.
“Courses” or “Programs” – Instructor-led, live, or recorded training sessions hosted through Kyora IQ, accessible via mobile app or integrated tools such as Microsoft Teams.
“User Generated Content (UGC)” – Any text, files, images, videos, course materials, or other media uploaded or shared by users on the Platform, including Listings, reviews, or educational content.
“Cyber Boss Consulting,” “Kyora IQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our” – Refers collectively to Cyber Boss Consulting LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, and authorized representatives.
“You” or “User” – Any individual or entity who accesses, registers, or uses the Platform in any capacity, including Learners, Consultants, Instructors, or Clients.
“Confidential Information” – All nonpublic, sensitive, or proprietary information disclosed through the Platform or during service engagements, including but not limited to business data, personal information, and security materials.
“Third-Party Tools” – External applications or integrations utilized within the Platform (e.g., Stripe for payments, Microsoft Teams for class delivery, AWS for lab hosting, etc.), each governed by their respective terms of use.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to these definitions and understand that Cyber Boss Consulting LLC acts solely as a facilitator and marketplace connecting users for educational and professional purposes. Cyber Boss Consulting does not supervise, control, or guarantee the performance or outcomes of any services rendered between Users.
6. Overview (Main Terms, in a Nutshell)
Account Registration and Use
Only registered users may participate on the Kyora IQ Platform—whether as a Consultant, Instructor, Learner, or Client.
By registering for an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself or your business;
- Keep such information up to date at all times;
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials; and
- Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
You may not create or use multiple accounts for deceptive or fraudulent purposes. Cyber Boss Consulting LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is not responsible for unauthorized account access due to your failure to secure your credentials.
Subscription Access for Learners
Learners who wish to participate in instructor-led workshops, live training sessions, and replays may enroll through a monthly subscription on Kyora IQ.
- The subscription fee is $99 per month, billed automatically each month until canceled.
- The $99 monthly subscription includes unlimited access to eligible live workshops, replays, and self-paced materials during the active billing period.
- No additional platform or transaction fees apply to subscription access.
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds for partial billing periods are not available unless required by applicable law.
Consultant and Instructor Rates
Consultants and Instructors set their own rates, at their sole discretion, with a minimum rate of $75 per hour.
Rates must be clearly displayed in the Consultant’s listing or offer and agreed upon by the Client prior to engagement.
Cyber Boss Consulting does not dictate or cap pricing but reserves the right to adjust category minimums or require modifications for clarity, consistency, or service quality.
Payments and Processing
All payments are securely processed through Stripe, our third-party payment provider.
- Clients and Learners pay Cyber Boss Consulting in advance to create an order or booking.
- Consultants are paid once per week, every Friday, after the Client marks the project, course, or service as complete through the Platform.
- Payments to Consultants reflect the agreed rate minus the 20% platform fee described in Section 4.
- Clients and Learners are charged a 3% service fee on individual, non-subscription purchases.
- The $99/month workshop subscription is not subject to the 3% service fee.
Cyber Boss Consulting may temporarily hold payments in cases involving disputes, chargebacks, or verification of compliance with these Terms.
Order Completion and Cancellations
Consultants are required to deliver services professionally and within agreed timelines. Repeated cancellations, poor communication, or failure to complete projects may result in account suspension or removal.
Clients and Learners may request modifications, cancellations, or refunds consistent with the Kyora IQ Payment and Refund Policy.
Independent Contractor Relationship
Clients acknowledge that Consultants and Instructors operate independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Cyber Boss Consulting.
Cyber Boss Consulting does not direct, control, or supervise how Consultants perform their work. Each party is solely responsible for their own business operations, taxes, insurance, and legal compliance.
Ownership and Use of Deliverables
Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Client and Consultant, ownership of deliverables transfers to the Client upon full payment.
Cyber Boss Consulting retains a limited, non-exclusive right to reference anonymized or publicly shared content for educational or marketing purposes.
Privacy and Data Protection
Cyber Boss Consulting values the privacy and security of all users.
Information collected through the Platform is processed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
We do not sell user data or share it with third parties except as necessary for secure payments, authentication, or platform operations.
7. Consultants and Instructors
7.1 Basics
Consultants and Instructors (“Consultants”) on Kyora IQ provide various cybersecurity and technology-related services depending on their respective specialties. These may include—but are not limited to—risk and compliance, cloud security, incident response, penetration testing, governance and auditing, digital forensics, training and awareness, or other professional advisory services aligned with their verified expertise.
Consultants are independent contractors, not employees or representatives of Cyber Boss Consulting LLC. Each Consultant is responsible for their own business activities, licenses, certifications, insurance, and compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.
To maintain a secure and professional environment:
- Consultants must provide accurate and verifiable information when creating their profile, including name, business name (if applicable), contact details, credentials, and payment details.
- Consultants must complete required background checks and identity verification before being granted access to the Platform.
- Consultants are required to maintain a general liability and/or professional liability insurance policy adequate for the nature of their work.
- Consultants agree to offer only legitimate, lawful cybersecurity-related services that do not involve or promote unauthorized system access, data exfiltration, or other unlawful conduct.
Cyber Boss Consulting reserves the right to suspend or remove a Consultant’s profile for violations of these Terms, poor performance, incomplete verification, or conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or its users.
7.2 Listings and Service Offers
Consultants create Listings within Kyora IQ to describe their offered services or courses, including:
- A clear service or course description;
- Deliverables and expected outcomes;
- Estimated duration or hourly rate (starting at $75/hour minimum); and
- Any additional details necessary for Clients or Learners to make an informed decision.
Listings and other content posted by Consultants constitute User Generated Content (UGC) and must comply with all applicable intellectual property, advertising, and privacy laws.
Cyber Boss Consulting may remove or restrict Listings that:
- Contain inaccurate, misleading, or deceptive statements;
- Violate these Terms or applicable laws;
- Misrepresent professional qualifications or certifications;
- Include plagiarized or infringing material;
- Offer illegal or unethical services (e.g., unauthorized penetration testing, academic work-for-hire, or black-hat hacking);
- Display offensive, obscene, or discriminatory content; or
- Engage in spam, solicitation, or manipulation of reviews.
Removed Listings are not eligible for reinstatement if determined to be in violation of these Terms. Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.
7.3 Performance and Ratings
To promote trust, the Platform includes a rating and review system that allows Clients and Learners to provide feedback upon completion of services or courses.
Consultants are encouraged to maintain high communication standards, deliver on time, and provide quality services consistent with their advertised expertise.
Low ratings, frequent cancellations, or consistent user complaints may affect visibility on the Platform or result in suspension or removal.
Cyber Boss Consulting reserves the right to verify quality, investigate misconduct, and take corrective action, including refunding affected Clients or removing access privileges.
7.4 Marketing and Promotion
Consultants and Instructors may share their Kyora IQ profiles, listings, and course links externally to promote their services and grow their professional visibility.
However, Consultants must accurately represent their affiliation and relationship with Cyber Boss Consulting and may not:
- Misrepresent themselves as employees, partners, or official representatives of Cyber Boss Consulting;
- Use paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads or social media campaigns) that implies official sponsorship, endorsement, or ownership by Cyber Boss Consulting; or
- Engage in deceptive marketing, false claims, or misuse of Cyber Boss Consulting or Kyora IQ branding or trademarks.
Consultants may solicit and engage Clients outside of the Kyora IQ Platform, including for the purpose of avoiding or bypassing platform fees.
However, any off-platform business relationships, contracts, or transactions are conducted solely at the Consultant’s and Client’s own risk.
Cyber Boss Consulting LLC does not assume any responsibility or liability for:
- The performance, quality, or outcome of off-platform services;
- Disputes, payment issues, chargebacks, or contract breaches arising from off-platform arrangements;
- Claims, damages, or losses incurred as a result of such off-platform dealings; or
- Any legal, regulatory, or tax consequences resulting from business conducted outside the Platform.
By choosing to conduct business off-platform, Consultants and Clients acknowledge that Cyber Boss Consulting is not a party to such transactions and will not provide mediation, support, payment processing, or legal protection for any disputes arising therefrom.
7.5 Compliance and Verification
If a Consultant declares that they are operating as a business entity, they must provide, upon request:
- Valid business registration documentation (e.g., LLC certificate, EIN, or trade registration number);
- Identification of the business owner or authorized representative;
- Current contact information; and
- A signed certification affirming compliance with relevant cybersecurity, data privacy, and ethical standards.
Failure to provide this information within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or delayed payouts until verification is complete.
8. Hourly Bookings
8.1 Overview
Eligible Consultants on Kyora IQ may be booked by Clients for hourly cybersecurity services based on their individual specialties and rates.
These bookings are not formal contracts but serve as a flexible arrangement that allows Clients to engage verified professionals for specific tasks, projects, or advisory sessions at a predetermined hourly rate.
All hourly bookings are made through the Kyora IQ Platform, which serves as the intermediary for payment processing, scheduling, and recordkeeping.
8.2 Hourly Rates
Consultants determine their own rates, with a minimum hourly rate of $75.
The rate listed on the Consultant’s profile or service listing represents the total hourly rate billed to the Client.
Cyber Boss Consulting applies a 20% platform fee to each completed booking, deducted automatically from the Consultant’s payout.
Clients are also charged a 3% service fee on hourly bookings to cover processing and administrative costs.
8.3 Booking and Scheduling
Clients may view Consultant profiles, select a service category, and book time directly through the Platform.
Before the session begins, both parties will receive confirmation of:
- The agreed hourly rate;
- Estimated hours or scope of assistance; and
- The scheduled time for service delivery.
Consultants are expected to honor all confirmed bookings and communicate promptly regarding reschedules or cancellations.
8.4 Payments and Processing
All payments for hourly bookings are processed securely by Cyber Boss Consulting LLC and distributed through the company’s ADP payroll processing system.
- Consultants are paid once per week, every Friday, for all completed and approved hourly work.
- Payouts reflect the total amount earned minus the 20% platform fee.
- Clients are charged automatically through Stripe, Apple Pay, or another approved payment provider upon completion of the booked session.
- Cyber Boss Consulting may withhold or delay payouts in the event of disputes, incomplete services, or verification issues.
Consultants are responsible for ensuring their time entries and deliverables accurately reflect the work performed.
8.5 Reporting and Documentation
Consultants should document the nature of the work completed during each hourly session, providing brief notes or supporting materials as applicable.
Time entries and documentation must be submitted through the Platform prior to the weekly payout cutoff.
Incomplete or unverified work may result in delayed payment until approved by the Client or reviewed by Cyber Boss Consulting.
8.6 Cancellations and Inactivity
Either the Client or Consultant may cancel or reschedule an hourly booking with reasonable notice (preferably at least 24 hours).
Frequent cancellations, no-shows, or failure to deliver booked services may result in suspension or removal from the Platform.
If a Consultant’s account remains inactive (no bookings or logged hours) for 90 consecutive days, Cyber Boss Consulting may suspend or archive the account until reactivation is requested.
8.7 Off-Platform Work
Consultants and Clients may choose to continue their professional relationship outside of Kyora IQ.
However, such arrangements are entirely independent of Cyber Boss Consulting LLC.
Cyber Boss Consulting assumes no responsibility or liability for:
- Payment disputes or nonpayment;
- Breach of agreement between parties;
- Service quality or performance issues; or
- Any damages, claims, or legal actions arising from off-platform transactions.
By engaging outside the Platform, both parties acknowledge they do so at their own risk and without the protections offered by Kyora IQ’s payment and dispute systems.
9. Clients and Learners
9.1 Basics
Clients and Learners on Kyora IQ can browse verified Consultants and Instructors, review their hourly rates, and book sessions or training directly through the Platform.
All services, classes, and engagements must comply with Kyora IQ’s Community and Acceptable Use Policy and applicable cybersecurity, data protection, and ethical guidelines.
When making any payment through Kyora IQ, you must ensure that all funds used are from lawful sources and are not connected to fraudulent or illegal activity.
9.2 Payments and Security
For the protection of both parties, Cyber Boss Consulting LLC strongly recommends that all payments be made through the Kyora IQ Platform, which securely processes transactions via Stripe, Apple Pay, or other approved providers.
Clients may choose to pay Consultants directly outside of the Platform, but they do so entirely at their own risk.
Cyber Boss Consulting is not responsible or liable for:
- Disputes, nonpayment, or chargebacks for off-platform payments;
- Quality or completion of off-platform services;
- Contract breaches or performance issues; or
- Any legal, tax, or regulatory consequences that arise from off-platform transactions.
By proceeding with direct payment, both parties acknowledge that such arrangements are independent of Cyber Boss Consulting and are not covered by Kyora IQ’s dispute resolution or payment protection systems.
9.3 Booking and Delivery
Clients can book services through the Platform at the Consultant’s listed hourly rate (minimum $75/hour) or enroll in the $99/month subscription for unlimited live workshops and replays.
All bookings made through the Platform are confirmed automatically, and payment is securely processed at the time of booking.
Consultants are responsible for delivering services as described in their listing, and Clients are encouraged to review all service details and communicate any specific expectations before booking.
9.4 Published Work and Marketing
With the Client’s consent, Cyber Boss Consulting may share anonymized success stories, class recordings, or user feedback from sessions conducted on Kyora IQ for educational, marketing, or operational purposes.
Personal or confidential information will never be shared without express written permission.
10. Bookings and Completion
10.1 Basics
When a Client books a Consultant or enrolls in a workshop through Kyora IQ, a Booking is automatically created once payment is confirmed.
This applies to both:
- Hourly bookings (consulting, coaching, or project assistance); and
- Subscription bookings (monthly workshops and live training sessions).
All payments are securely processed through Cyber Boss Consulting LLC using Stripe, Apple Pay, or other approved payment providers.
A booking is considered complete once the service has been delivered and confirmed by the Client. If a Client does not report any issues or disputes within 72 hours of delivery, the booking will be automatically marked as complete.
10.2 Hourly Bookings
Hourly bookings allow Clients to engage Consultants based on their posted hourly rate (minimum $75/hour).
Consultants are expected to accurately record time spent and submit summaries or deliverables through the Platform.
- Payments for completed hourly bookings are distributed every Friday through ADP payroll processing.
- Cyber Boss Consulting deducts a 20% platform fee before releasing funds.
- Clients are also charged a 3% service fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs.
Failure to deliver services as described, excessive cancellations, or incomplete work may result in withheld payments or removal from the Platform.
10.3 Subscription Bookings
Users who subscribe to the $99/month plan gain access to:
- Unlimited live instructor-led workshops,
- Replay sessions, and
- Exclusive community learning resources within the Kyora IQ Platform.
The subscription fee is billed automatically every month through Cyber Boss Consulting LLC using Stripe or another approved payment provider.
If a user cancels their subscription before the end of the current billing period, their access to Kyora IQ features will remain active until the billing period ends.
Access will automatically terminate at the end of that period unless the user renews their subscription.
There are no partial or prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle.
All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Workshops and educational sessions offered under the subscription are not subject to any platform fees.
10.4 Direct Payments
Clients and Consultants may agree to work outside of the Kyora IQ Platform and exchange payment directly.
However, such arrangements are entirely independent of Cyber Boss Consulting LLC.
Cyber Boss Consulting is not responsible or liable for:
- Any disputes, chargebacks, or nonpayments;
- Service quality or performance issues;
- Misrepresentation, fraud, or miscommunication between parties; or
- Any damages, losses, or legal actions arising from off-platform activity.
By choosing to pay or accept payment directly, both parties acknowledge they are doing so at their own risk and without the protections offered by Kyora IQ’s secure payment and dispute systems.
10.5 Reviews and Feedback
After a booking is completed, Clients may leave a review and rating for the Consultant.
Reviews help maintain transparency and trust across the Kyora IQ community.
- Reviews must be based on genuine, completed work.
- Cyber Boss Consulting reserves the right to remove reviews that are abusive, false, discriminatory, or violate the Terms of Service.
- Consultants may not pressure Clients to leave positive feedback or to delete unfavorable reviews.
Once published, reviews become part of a Consultant’s public profile.
11. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Consultants on Kyora IQ may use artificial intelligence tools or software to assist in delivering their services, provided such use:
- Complies with all applicable laws and intellectual property rights,
- Does not disclose or misuse confidential client information, and
- Produces accurate and ethical results aligned with professional standards.
Cyber Boss Consulting LLC and Kyora IQ do not own, endorse, or verify any AI-generated outputs created or used by Consultants.
All content generated using AI remains the sole responsibility of the Consultant who produced it.
Clients are encouraged to review and validate any AI-assisted deliverables before relying on them for business or security decisions.
Cyber Boss Consulting is not liable for errors, omissions, or damages arising from the use or misuse of AI tools by Consultants on or off the Platform.
12. User Conduct and Protection
Kyora IQ was created to connect cybersecurity professionals, learners, and businesses in a trusted and collaborative environment.
All users are expected to maintain professionalism, respect, and integrity while using the platform and its related services.
To report misconduct, violations of these Terms, or concerns about another user’s behavior, please contact Cyber Boss Consulting Support through the in-app help center or official support email.
12.1 Professional Conduct
All users agree to:
- Communicate respectfully and professionally at all times;
- Use the Kyora IQ Platform only for lawful and ethical purposes;
- Avoid harassment, discrimination, or hate speech of any kind;
- Protect confidential information shared in the course of work or learning; and
- Represent their skills, experience, and qualifications truthfully.
Rude, abusive, or threatening behavior—including harassment or discrimination based on gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected categories—will result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
12.2 Communication and Off-Platform Interaction
Users may exchange contact information when necessary to complete legitimate work or collaborations.
However, if users choose to communicate or conduct transactions outside of Kyora IQ, they acknowledge that Cyber Boss Consulting LLC does not provide protection, mediation, or liability coverage for any such interactions.
Kyora IQ does not guarantee or monitor the quality of services performed off-platform. Users proceed at their own risk when engaging in direct communications or payments outside of Kyora IQ.
12.3 Integrity and Fair Use
Users may not:
- Spam, mislead, or attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews;
- Post false, defamatory, or deceptive information about others;
- Misrepresent their identity or impersonate another person or organization;
- Exploit the platform to solicit unrelated products, services, or promotions; or
- Attempt to circumvent Kyora IQ’s systems or fees in a fraudulent or abusive way.
Cyber Boss Consulting reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in misconduct, false representation, or activities that harm the reputation or security of the platform.
13. Consultant Profiles and Service Listings
13.1 Original Work and Intellectual Property
Consultants on Kyora IQ are responsible for ensuring that all content, materials, and deliverables they publish or provide—whether in their service listings, profiles, workshops, or digital materials—are their own original work and do not infringe on the rights of any third party.
If a Consultant uses any third-party materials (such as stock media, templates, or software), they must hold a valid license or authorization to use and distribute that content.
Cyber Boss Consulting LLC does not verify ownership or licenses of Consultant content and assumes no liability for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property disputes arising from such use.
By publishing content on Kyora IQ, Consultants grant Cyber Boss Consulting a limited, royalty-free license to display their name, profile, and listing information for promotional or operational purposes related to the platform.
13.2 Reporting Violations
Users may report any service listings, workshops, or consultant profiles that violate these Terms or infringe on intellectual property rights.
To report an issue, users can contact Cyber Boss Consulting Support through the platform or designated reporting email.
All reports are reviewed by the Trust & Safety team, which may request additional information to verify claims.
While each case is handled carefully, Cyber Boss Consulting reserves the right to remove any content or account found to be in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
To respect user privacy, investigation outcomes are not shared publicly.
Abuse or misuse of the reporting process (e.g., submitting false or malicious claims) may result in suspension or permanent account removal.
13.3 Violations and Enforcement
If a user or consultant violates these Terms or engages in misconduct, Cyber Boss Consulting may take corrective action, including but not limited to:
- Issuing a written warning;
- Temporarily restricting account visibility or functionality;
- Removing service listings or workshops; or
- Permanently disabling the account.
Users will receive written notice if disciplinary action is taken, including the reason for the action and information on how to request a review or appeal.
Repeated or severe violations—such as fraud, harassment, or intellectual property theft—may result in permanent removal from the Kyora IQ platform.
14. Non-Permitted Usage
The Kyora IQ Platform, operated by Cyber Boss Consulting LLC, is a professional environment focused on cybersecurity education, consulting, and collaboration.
All users are expected to maintain the highest ethical and professional standards.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
14.1 Adult or Inappropriate Content
Kyora IQ strictly prohibits any exchange, posting, or solicitation of adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic materials or services.
Content shared or uploaded to the platform must remain educational, professional, and appropriate for a general audience.
14.2 Behavior and Communication
All communication on Kyora IQ—including messages, reviews, and community interactions—must remain respectful, constructive, and professional.
Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
This includes comments or conduct targeting another user’s gender, race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or background.
14.3 Phishing, Malware, and Spam
User security is a top priority.
Any attempt to share malicious links, phishing content, or harmful files intended to compromise another member’s device, account, or data is strictly prohibited.
Users must not contact others with unrelated offers, spam, or promotions outside the scope of legitimate Kyora IQ services or collaborations.
14.4 Privacy and Confidentiality
Users may not share or publish private, personal, or confidential information about others without explicit consent.
Information exchanged between Clients and Consultants for legitimate services must be handled securely and used only for completing the agreed-upon work.
Cyber Boss Consulting does not provide protection or dispute resolution for communications or transactions conducted off-platform.
14.5 Authentic Profiles
All user profiles must accurately reflect the individual or business providing services.
You may not:
- Create fake or misleading profiles;
- Impersonate another person or organization; or
- Use another user’s account or credentials.
Cyber Boss Consulting reserves the right to require identity or business verification (such as ID, certifications, or proof of registration) to maintain platform integrity.
14.6 Intellectual Property
All users must respect intellectual property laws.
You may not upload, distribute, or sell materials that infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or other protected works.
Verified copyright or trademark complaints may result in content removal or account suspension.
14.7 Fraud and Unlawful Use
Kyora IQ may not be used for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes, including:
- Misrepresentation of credentials or qualifications;
- Bypassing regulatory or compliance laws; or
- Activities restricted by applicable U.S. or international sanctions.
Cyber Boss Consulting reserves the right to report unlawful activities to the appropriate authorities.
14.8 Abuse and Multiple Accounts
Each user may maintain one active Kyora IQ account unless explicitly authorized.
Creating multiple accounts to manipulate visibility, ratings, or platform benefits is prohibited and may lead to the suspension of all related accounts.
Targeted harassment, stalking, or creating new accounts to evade disciplinary actions is strictly forbidden.
14.9 Account Sales and Transfers
Users may not buy, sell, or transfer Kyora IQ accounts under any circumstances.
All accounts are tied to verified individuals or entities to ensure transparency, trust, and accountability within the platform.
15. Disputes and Cancellations
Kyora IQ encourages all Clients and Consultants to communicate openly and professionally to resolve any issues that arise during or after a booking.
Most conflicts can be resolved quickly through direct communication within the Platform.
If a resolution cannot be reached, users may contact Cyber Boss Consulting Support for assistance through the in-app help center or official support email.
Cyber Boss Consulting may review disputes on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to make a final decision regarding refunds, cancellations, or account actions.
Refunds or adjustments will only be processed in accordance with the Kyora IQ Payment Terms.
If a booking or payment occurred outside of the Kyora IQ Platform, Cyber Boss Consulting is not responsible or liable for any disputes, payments, or damages resulting from those off-platform interactions.
16. Content Moderation, Notices, and Appeals
16.1 Content Monitoring and Enforcement
Kyora IQ, operated by Cyber Boss Consulting LLC, is a professional learning and consulting platform.
While the company is not obligated to proactively monitor all user content, it reserves the right to review, moderate, and remove any material that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or community standards.
Cyber Boss Consulting may take action—including warning, suspension, or permanent removal—if user content or behavior is found to be illegal, harmful, misleading, or inconsistent with the mission and security standards of Kyora IQ.
16.2 Restrictions on Sensitive Information
For security and privacy reasons, users may not share sensitive or personally identifiable information (PII) within the Kyora IQ app, including but not limited to:
- Social Security Numbers, government-issued IDs, or financial information;
- Personal addresses, medical records, or confidential employment data;
- Proprietary client data, passwords, or access credentials.
All communication that involves sensitive, confidential, or client-specific information must be conducted through Microsoft Teams or another secure, encrypted form of communication authorized by Cyber Boss Consulting.
The Kyora IQ messaging system is intended only for general scheduling, coordination, and professional discussions—not for transmitting protected or confidential data.
16.3 Notice of Action and Appeals
If Cyber Boss Consulting takes action involving your account, content, or activity, you will receive written notice detailing:
- The reason for the action;
- Any related policy violations; and
- Instructions for submitting an appeal.
You may file an appeal within six (6) months of receiving the notice by contacting Cyber Boss Consulting Support via the official email or in-app help center.
Appeals are reviewed promptly, fairly, and objectively.
If an error is found, corrective action will be taken to restore your account or content.
16.4 Final Review Authority
Cyber Boss Consulting LLC reserves the right to make the final determination on all moderation decisions.
All actions and appeals are handled internally and are not subject to external arbitration or mediation unless required by law.
17. Feedback and Confidentiality
17.1 Feedback Rights
By submitting ideas, suggestions, comments, or feedback related to Kyora IQ or Cyber Boss Consulting LLC products, services, or platform features (collectively, “Feedback”), you acknowledge and agree that:
- The Feedback may be used, implemented, or modified by Cyber Boss Consulting at its sole discretion;
- Such Feedback is provided voluntarily and without expectation of compensation, ownership, or attribution; and
- Cyber Boss Consulting is granted a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, or incorporate the Feedback into its products, services, or operations.
Cyber Boss Consulting is under no obligation to implement any Feedback received.
17.2 Confidentiality
Consultants, Instructors, and Clients may occasionally exchange confidential or proprietary information during the course of services provided through Kyora IQ.
All parties agree to treat such information with the highest level of care and protection.
By using the platform, users agree to:
- Maintain all confidential information in strict confidence;
- Not disclose confidential information to any third party without prior written consent;
- Use confidential information solely for the purpose of completing the agreed-upon work or training; and
- Not copy, reproduce, or store confidential information except as necessary to fulfill the service.
Any exchange of sensitive or classified information should occur only through approved secure channels, such as Microsoft Teams or other encrypted communication platforms authorized by Cyber Boss Consulting.
Confidential or personal information should not be shared directly within the Kyora IQ app’s chat or messaging features.
Cyber Boss Consulting LLC is not liable for data loss, misuse, or exposure of confidential information resulting from users’ failure to follow these security guidelines.
18. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights
18.1 Ownership of Work
When a Client books a Consultant or Instructor through Kyora IQ and payment has been completed in full, ownership of the final deliverable or work product—if one exists—is transferred to the Client, unless otherwise stated in writing by the Consultant.
All hourly and project-based services facilitated through Kyora IQ are performed outside of the platform using Microsoft Teams or another secure, encrypted communication method approved by Cyber Boss Consulting LLC.
The Client receives ownership rights to completed deliverables only after full payment has been received and processed.
If payment is canceled, disputed, or reversed for any reason, the Client’s right to use the deliverable is immediately revoked.
18.2 Platform Ownership
All content, code, design, trademarks, and functionality within the Kyora IQ Platform, including its name, logos, layout, and system architecture, are the exclusive property of Cyber Boss Consulting LLC and are protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Kyora IQ for legitimate professional and educational purposes.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or misuse of the platform or its contents is strictly prohibited.
18.3 Consultant and Instructor Content
Consultants and Instructors retain ownership of any original materials, presentations, or training resources they create for use with Clients or Learners.
By listing their services or uploading supporting materials to Kyora IQ, Consultants grant Cyber Boss Consulting LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, promote, and host their professional profiles and listings for marketing and operational purposes.
Consultants are responsible for ensuring that all content they provide is original, does not infringe on third-party rights, and complies with applicable intellectual property laws.
18.4 External Delivery and Communication
All live workshops, training sessions, and hourly consulting engagements are conducted outside of the Kyora IQ Platform, typically via Microsoft Teams or other secure channels approved by Cyber Boss Consulting.
The Kyora IQ app serves as the visibility, scheduling, and discovery tool connecting Clients and Consultants.
Cyber Boss Consulting does not access, record, or store communications or files exchanged outside the platform.
Clients and Consultants are jointly responsible for protecting any sensitive information shared through external communication tools.
18.5 Marketing and Promotion
Unless explicitly declined in writing, Cyber Boss Consulting LLC may display anonymized consultant profiles, listings, and general descriptions of services on the Kyora IQ Platform and related marketing channels for promotional purposes.
No confidential information, project data, or personal identifying details will ever be shared without written consent.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Kyora IQ Platform, its content, features, and any services, materials, or listings made available through it is at your own risk.
The Kyora IQ Platform and all related content and services are provided by Cyber Boss Consulting LLC on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
While Cyber Boss Consulting exercises reasonable professional diligence to maintain a secure, reliable, and accurate platform, it makes no representations or warranties regarding:
- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, listings, or third-party materials;
- The availability, performance, or uninterrupted operation of the platform;
- The qualifications, performance, or conduct of any Consultant, Instructor, or Client using the platform; or
- The outcome or results of any training, consulting, or professional engagement facilitated through Kyora IQ.
Cyber Boss Consulting LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement, except where such exclusions are prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any warranties or legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable state or federal law.
20. Language and Translation Disclaimer
To support a global cybersecurity and learning community, portions of the Kyora IQ Platform or user-generated content may be made available in multiple languages.
Any translations provided within the platform or through affiliated channels are intended solely for convenience and informational purposes.
While Cyber Boss Consulting LLC strives to ensure accuracy, automated or human translations may contain errors, omissions, or contextual inaccuracies.
All translated content is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind—express or implied—regarding its accuracy, reliability, or completeness.
The official and controlling version of all Kyora IQ content, policies, and Terms of Service is the English-language version.
In the event of any discrepancies or conflicts between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
If you have questions regarding the meaning or intent of translated content, please refer to the English version or contact Cyber Boss Consulting Support for clarification.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and provided that Cyber Boss Consulting LLC has acted with reasonable professional diligence, neither Cyber Boss Consulting LLC, Kyora IQ, nor any of their affiliates, employees, officers, contractors, representatives, or partners shall be liable for any damages of any kind arising from or in connection with:
- Your use or inability to use the Kyora IQ Platform or any related services;
- The performance, conduct, or representations of any Consultant, Instructor, or Client;
- Any errors, omissions, delays, or interruptions in the operation of the platform;
- Any external communication or transactions conducted outside of Kyora IQ, including through Microsoft Teams or other third-party tools; or
- Any content, materials, or services obtained through the platform or linked third-party resources.
This limitation applies to all types of damages, including but not limited to:
direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages;
loss of income, profits, data, business, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
and personal injury, emotional distress, or reputational harm, whether arising in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise, even if such damages were foreseeable.
Cyber Boss Consulting LLC’s total aggregate liability for any claim related to the use of Kyora IQ shall not exceed the greater of:
- The total amount paid by you to Cyber Boss Consulting for the service in question, or
- One hundred U.S. dollars ($100 USD).
Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
22. Deactivation and Account Suspension
22.1 Account Suspension or Removal
Cyber Boss Consulting LLC reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently disable any Kyora IQ account if a user:
- Violates these Terms of Service or applicable laws;
- Engages in fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive conduct;
- Submits false or misleading information during onboarding or verification;
- Provides unsafe, unprofessional, or inappropriate services; or
- Uses the platform for unlawful, abusive, or unethical purposes.
If your account is disabled, you will lose access to your profile, listings, and messages, and any associated content may be removed without prior notice.
You will receive written notice explaining the reason for the action and may submit an appeal following the Content Moderation, Notices, and Appeals process.
22.2 Voluntary Deactivation or Deletion
Users may deactivate or permanently delete their Kyora IQ account at any time directly from the Profile section within the app.
Once deactivated or deleted, your listings and visibility within the platform will be removed.
Please note:
- Deactivating or deleting an account does not cancel active subscriptions or outstanding payments.
- All outstanding obligations, pending payouts, or unpaid fees must still be fulfilled prior to final account closure.
- Cyber Boss Consulting may retain limited information as required by law or for audit, tax, and compliance purposes.
22.3 Subscription Cancellation
Users can cancel their Kyora IQ subscription directly within the app through the Subscription Management section at any time.
When a subscription is canceled, access to the platform and its features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
22.4 Continuing Obligations
The following sections of these Terms will remain in effect after account deactivation, deletion, or suspension:
- Intellectual Property and Ownership
- Confidentiality
- Payment and Fees
- Limitation of Liability
- Indemnification
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These continuing obligations ensure that all parties remain protected after an account is closed or removed.
23. Security Features
23.1 Account Protection
Kyora IQ provides users with built-in security features designed to help protect accounts from unauthorized access or misuse.
Users are strongly encouraged to enable all available security options, such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), secure passwords, and device verification, to safeguard their profiles and data.
23.2 Account Verification
To maintain the integrity of the platform, Cyber Boss Consulting LLC may require users to verify their account ownership at any time.
Verification may include confirming identity through:
- Registered email or phone number;
- Government-issued identification; or
- Other documentation or materials that reasonably demonstrate ownership of the account.
If an account is compromised or ownership cannot be verified, Cyber Boss Consulting reserves the right to temporarily suspend or restrict access until verification is complete.
23.3 User Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and ensuring their account information remains accurate and up to date.
Cyber Boss Consulting is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a user’s failure to properly secure their account or unauthorized access caused by weak or shared credentials.
24. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement
24.1 Please Read Carefully
This section affects your legal rights and governs how you and Cyber Boss Consulting LLC (operator of the Kyora IQ Platform) resolve disputes.
By using Kyora IQ, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and Cyber Boss Consulting arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, the platform, or any related services will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not through a court or jury trial.
By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this arbitration agreement.
24.2 Governing Law
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
The Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement.
24.3 Agreement to Arbitrate
You and Cyber Boss Consulting LLC agree that all disputes or claims of any kind—whether based in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise—arising from or related to your use of Kyora IQ shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules or Consumer Arbitration Rules, as applicable.
- Arbitration will be conducted by a single, neutral arbitrator.
- The language of the arbitration will be English.
- Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
- Arbitration hearings may be conducted virtually, unless both parties agree otherwise.
24.4 No Class Actions or Jury Trials
You and Cyber Boss Consulting LLC agree that:
- Arbitration shall occur only on an individual basis;
- Class actions, collective claims, or representative proceedings are not permitted; and
- Each party waives the right to a jury trial.
You may bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, representative, or collective proceeding.
24.5 Location and Venue
Unless otherwise required by law, arbitration shall take place in Tampa, Florida, or conducted remotely via secure virtual conferencing.
For disputes that are not subject to arbitration, you agree that the exclusive venue will be the state and federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
24.6 Exceptions
Either party may pursue claims in small claims court if the claim qualifies and remains on an individual, non-representative basis.
Cyber Boss Consulting may also seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect its confidential information, intellectual property, or data security interests.
24.7 Opt-Out Option
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending a written notice to:

Your written notice must include your full name, registered email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of binding arbitration. Opting out will not affect your ability to use the platform.
24.8 Severability
If any part of this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
25. General Terms
25.1 Changes to These Terms
Cyber Boss Consulting LLC may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect:
- Changes in the Kyora IQ Platform, features, or services;
- Updates to comply with new laws, regulations, or security standards;
- Enhancements in user experience or operational processes; or
- Adjustments to address technological, business, or risk management needs.
When changes are made, an updated version of the Terms will be posted within the app and on the official website.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of the Terms will reflect the effective date of the most recent revisions.
By continuing to use Kyora IQ after changes are published, you acknowledge and agree to the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must deactivate or delete your account through the Profile section of the app before continuing to use the platform.
25.2 Modification and Waiver
Except for:
- Changes made by Cyber Boss Consulting LLC in accordance with this section, and
- Your ability to opt out of the arbitration agreement under Section 24,
no modification, amendment, or waiver of any part of these Terms will be effective unless made in writing and signed or approved by both you and an authorized representative of Cyber Boss Consulting LLC.
25.3 Specific Provision for U.S. Residents
If you are a resident of the United States, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree that any dispute, claim, or legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Kyora IQ Platform shall be subject to the arbitration and venue provisions outlined in Section 24 (Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement).
26. Indemnification and Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cyber Boss Consulting LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:
- Your violation of these Terms or any other policies, standards, or agreements referenced herein;
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy, or data protection rights;
- Your content, conduct, or use of the Kyora IQ Platform, including any services, communications, or materials provided to Clients or Consultants;
- Any off-platform activities or transactions initiated through connections made on Kyora IQ, including those handled via Microsoft Teams or other external communication tools; or
- Your negligence, misconduct, or failure to comply with applicable laws or professional standards.
Cyber Boss Consulting LLC reserves the right to assume exclusive control over its defense in any matter subject to indemnification.
If this occurs, you agree to cooperate fully and promptly in the defense of such claims and not to settle any matter without prior written consent from Cyber Boss Consulting.
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination, suspension, or deactivation of your account and your use of the Kyora IQ Platform.
27. Additional Legal Provisions
27.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Failure by Cyber Boss Consulting LLC to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
27.2 Assignment
These Terms are binding upon and inure to the benefit of each party and their respective successors, permitted assigns, and legal representatives.
Cyber Boss Consulting LLC may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without prior notice or consent, as permitted by law.
You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Cyber Boss Consulting LLC.
Any attempted assignment without such consent will be null and void.
27.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, along with any referenced policies, privacy notices, or agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cyber Boss Consulting LLC concerning your use of the Kyora IQ Platform.
They supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, communications, and representations, whether written or oral, relating to the platform or its services.
27.4 Interpretation
Section titles, headings, and summaries are provided for convenience only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of these Terms.
The official and controlling version of these Terms is the English version.
Translations are provided for informational purposes only. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
