Our goal is to foster a professional, secure, and inclusive community where cybersecurity professionals, learners, instructors, and businesses can collaborate, share knowledge, and grow together.
This Community & Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the standards of behavior expected from all members who use the Kyora IQ application, website, or related communication channels (including Microsoft Teams and other integrated tools).
It is designed to protect our users, maintain trust, and ensure that all interactions within the Kyora IQ ecosystem remain respectful, ethical, and consistent with our mission to make cybersecurity education and professional development accessible to all.
By accessing or using Kyora IQ, you agree to comply with this Policy, as well as the Kyora IQ Terms of Service, Payment Terms, and Privacy Policy.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your account.
At Kyora IQ, we believe that a strong, positive, and professional community is essential to advancing the cybersecurity field, and we appreciate your commitment to helping us uphold that standard.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to all users of the Kyora IQ platform, including but not limited to:

It also applies to all interactions that originate from or are associated with Kyora IQ, including messages, project collaboration, training sessions, meetings, and professional exchanges facilitated through the platform.
All users are responsible for reading, understanding, and complying with this Policy.
Participation in the Kyora IQ community signifies agreement to adhere to these standards both on and off the platform when representing Kyora IQ or Cyber Boss Consulting LLC in any capacity.
3. Expected Conduct
At Kyora IQ, we believe in building a community rooted in respect, professionalism, collaboration, and integrity.
Every interaction, whether in a live session, message, comment, or project collaboration, reflects the values of our platform and the larger cybersecurity industry.
All users are expected to uphold the following standards of conduct:

Sensitive or confidential communications should only be conducted via secure channels such as Microsoft Teams or other approved encrypted platforms—not through public chat or community spaces within Kyora IQ.
3.5 Compliance and Legal Responsibility

Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to cybersecurity, data privacy, and intellectual property.

Use the platform in a manner consistent with the Kyora IQ Terms of Service, Payment Terms, and this Policy.
4. Prohibited Conduct
To maintain the integrity, safety, and professionalism of the Kyora IQ community, certain behaviors and activities are strictly prohibited.
Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension, removal from the platform, or legal action where applicable.
4.1 Harassment and Abuse

Engaging in harassment, bullying, intimidation, or discriminatory behavior of any kind based on race, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected class.

Using aggressive, profane, or inappropriate language in communication channels, including chat, comments, or Teams sessions.

4.2 Misuse of Platform

Circumventing platform fees by conducting business or soliciting clients off-platform for transactions initially initiated within Kyora IQ.

Note: Consultants and clients may connect independently at their discretion; however, Cyber Boss Consulting LLC assumes no responsibility for any disputes, payments, or legal issues arising outside of the Kyora IQ ecosystem.

Using Kyora IQ to promote, advertise, or sell unrelated services, products, or competing platforms.

Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity, credentials, or affiliation.
4.3 Data Privacy and Information Security

Sharing, collecting, or requesting personal, confidential, or sensitive data (such as addresses, payment details, or identification documents) through the app or public chat spaces.

Uploading, transmitting, or distributing malware, phishing links, or other malicious code.

Conducting unauthorized testing, hacking, or exploitation of the Kyora IQ platform or its users.

Any communication or file exchange requiring a higher level of security must occur through Microsoft Teams or another approved secure medium.
4.4 Intellectual Property Violations

Uploading, sharing, or using copyrighted materials without proper authorization or credit.

Duplicating, redistributing, or reselling Kyora IQ course content, training materials, or digital assets.

Misusing the Kyora IQ name, trademarks, or branding for personal or commercial gain.
4.5 Fraudulent or Unethical Activity

Submitting false information, fabricated deliverables, or deceptive credentials.

Engaging in fraudulent billing, payment manipulation, or chargebacks without cause.

Exploiting the platform for scams, spam, or deceptive marketing.
4.6 Community Misconduct

Disrupting classes, workshops, or discussions with off-topic or inappropriate behavior.

Attempting to influence or manipulate ratings, feedback, or reviews.
Violation of any part of this section may result in immediate removal from the Kyora IQ platform, loss of subscription access, forfeiture of earnings, and potential legal or civil action.
5. Reporting Violations and Enforcement Procedures
At Kyora IQ, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all users.
To ensure community integrity, every member shares responsibility for identifying and reporting misconduct or potential policy violations.
5.1 Reporting Violations
Users are encouraged to promptly report any behavior, content, or interaction that violates this Policy or the Kyora IQ Terms of Service.
Reports may include—but are not limited to—incidents of:

5.2 Investigation Process
Once a report is received, the Cyber Boss Consulting Compliance & Trust Team will:

Review available evidence and communications.

Request additional information from involved parties if necessary.

Determine whether the reported conduct violates this Policy or other governing terms.
All investigations are conducted confidentially, objectively, and with respect for all parties involved.

5.3 Enforcement Actions
Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, Kyora IQ may take one or more of the following actions:

5.4 Appeals

The decision from the review of an appeal will be considered final and binding.
6. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

Every user is responsible for maintaining confidentiality and practicing secure handling of data within and beyond the platform.

7. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
7.1 Ownership of Platform Content
All content made available through Kyora IQ, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, videos, software, training modules, course materials, designs, and other intellectual property—is the exclusive property of Cyber Boss Consulting LLC or its authorized licensors.
This content is protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use platform content solely for educational and professional development purposes.
No part of the Kyora IQ platform or its materials may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without express written consent from Cyber Boss Consulting LLC.
7.2 Instructor and Consultant Content

Instructors and Consultants who create and publish content (such as workshops, live courses, training videos, or lab guides) on Kyora IQ retain ownership of their original intellectual property.

By publishing or hosting on the platform, they grant Cyber Boss Consulting LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, and distribute their materials within the Kyora IQ ecosystem for as long as the content remains active.

This license does not grant Cyber Boss Consulting ownership of the creator’s intellectual property—it only permits the platform to facilitate delivery and visibility to learners and clients.

Instructors and Consultants may not upload content owned by third parties without proper authorization or license.
7.3 User-Generated Content

Users who post content (including forum discussions, reviews, or shared files) retain ownership of that content but grant Kyora IQ a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it as needed for operational, educational, or marketing purposes.

Users must ensure that all shared materials are original or properly licensed and do not infringe on the rights of others.

Any content uploaded that violates intellectual property rights may be removed immediately, and repeat offenders risk suspension or account termination.
7.4 Trademarks and Branding

The Kyora IQ name, logo, slogans, and associated marks are registered trademarks or pending trademarks of Cyber Boss Consulting LLC.

Unauthorized use of these marks, including in advertisements, domains, or materials that suggest affiliation or endorsement, is strictly prohibited.

Any requests to use Kyora IQ or Cyber Boss Consulting trademarks for partnerships, press, or educational collaborations must be submitted to support@cyberbossconsulting.com for written approval.
7.5 Reporting IP Violations
If you believe your copyrighted work, trademark, or other intellectual property has been used or uploaded to Kyora IQ without authorization, please notify us immediately at support@cyberbossconsulting.com with the following information:

8. Enforcement, Suspension, and Termination

Kyora IQ and Cyber Boss Consulting LLC reserve the right to enforce this policy to maintain a secure, respectful, and compliant environment for all users, instructors, and partners.
All enforcement actions are guided by principles of fairness, transparency, and due diligence.
8.2 Grounds for Enforcement
User accounts may be suspended, restricted, or terminated for violations that include, but are not limited to:

Security or compliance violations impacting the integrity of the platform or Cyber Boss Consulting’s systems
8.3 Types of Actions
Depending on the severity of the violation, Kyora IQ may take one or more of the following actions:

Informal Warning – A written notice clarifying the violation and expectations for corrective behavior.

Temporary Restriction – Limited access to courses, communication features, or marketplace visibility for a defined period.

Account Suspension – Temporary removal from the platform pending investigation.

Termination – Permanent removal from Kyora IQ and revocation of access to all services and features.

Legal or Regulatory Reporting – In cases involving fraud, harassment, or unlawful conduct, the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
8.4 Investigation Process

The Cyber Boss Consulting Trust & Safety Team reviews all reports objectively and confidentially.

Users may be contacted to provide context, evidence, or additional information.

Investigations typically conclude within 10 business days, though complex matters may require additional time.

Decisions are based on available evidence, user history, and severity of conduct.
8.5 Notice of Action
When action is taken, affected users will receive written notice via email or through in-app notification, including:

Instructions for appeal or reinstatement, if applicable
8.6 Appeals
Users who believe an enforcement action was made in error may submit an appeal within 14 days of receiving notice.

Any supporting evidence or documentation
Appeals will be reviewed by the Compliance & Legal Team, and a final determination will be communicated in writing.
Decisions following an appeal are final.
8.7 Post-Termination Obligations
Upon account termination:

Access to all Kyora IQ features, courses, chats, and dashboards will be disabled.

Any unpaid balances, fees, or active obligations must still be fulfilled.

Users must delete any confidential or proprietary data obtained through the platform.

Cyber Boss Consulting LLC retains the right to preserve data for legal, compliance, or auditing purposes for as long as required by law.
9. Community Integrity and Reporting Abuse
9.1 Commitment to a Safe and Trusted Community

To protect the integrity of our learning environment, every user — including learners, instructors, consultants, and partners — shares responsibility for maintaining a secure, inclusive, and respectful space.
We expect all members of the Kyora IQ community to conduct themselves with professionalism, integrity, and courtesy, both within the app and in any connected communications (such as Microsoft Teams or email correspondence).
9.2 Reporting Misconduct or Violations
If you observe behavior that violates our Terms of Service, Payment Terms, or Community & Acceptable Use Policy, you are encouraged to report it immediately. Examples include:

If a violation is confirmed, appropriate actions — such as warnings, suspension, or account removal — will be taken.

We handle all reports with discretion and professionalism. False or malicious reporting, however, may itself result in enforcement action.
9.4 Protection from Retaliation
Kyora IQ strictly prohibits retaliation against any user who, in good faith, reports misconduct or participates in an investigation.
Any user found to engage in retaliatory behavior may face suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
9.5 Continuous Improvement
The Kyora IQ community is an evolving ecosystem. Feedback and suggestions on how to improve community safety, inclusivity, and communication standards are always welcome.

10. Policy Updates and Acknowledgment

11. General Provisions
11.1 Relationship to Other Policies
This Community & Acceptable Use Policy works in conjunction with other governing documents, including the Kyora IQ Terms of Service, Payment Terms, and Privacy Policy.
In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and another Kyora IQ policy, the provision that offers greater protection to user safety, privacy, or data integrity shall prevail.
11.2 Severability
If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects the intent and purpose of the original clause.
11.3 No Waiver
Failure by Cyber Boss Consulting LLC to enforce any right or provision of this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Enforcement may occur at any time, at the company’s sole discretion.
11.4 Transfer and Assignment
Users may not assign, transfer, or sublicense their Kyora IQ accounts or any associated rights without prior written consent from Cyber Boss Consulting LLC.
The company may transfer or assign its rights and obligations under this Policy to an affiliate or successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or reorganization, without prior notice to users.
